Finally done At last a nice relatively cool morning with a gentle breeze just what I needed to complete my final run .

Cannot believe I have done it. Thanks to everyone for the support it is invaluable and certainly helped me along the way.

Now to get my graduation badge and treat myself to a couch to 5k t-shirt. I'm looking forward to keeping running and to improving my speed .

Congratulations! Enjoy your graduate badge and your T shirt; I haven't worn mine yet as it was a bit tight; but the lb's are coming off and it will soon make an appearance! Happy running!
