Couch to 5K


Oooh hello everyone. This new site is strange... Just an update in that I will attempt my final run of the programme tomorrow morning! It has been a brilliant journey! I totally would recommend to anyone just starting or thinking of starting to do it! I think the first few weeks are hardest because it is so new and you are building stamina. However, the longer runs definately require a big mental push and trust in yourself that you can do it. My motto is don't stop unless something is injured!

Anyway will let you all know if i manage and then request my graduate badge!!
