I honestly didn't think I'd get this far. Very hot this morning even at 7 and my face was purple when I finished and my cap was drenched with sweat Uugghh. My legs felt better maybe eating the banana prior to run helped. I've been losing 1lb each week since starting the programme - using my fitness pal to monitor my eating. I know that this is a healthy weight loss but I'm surprised that its not more given all the swimming, cycling and walking that I'm doing in between. Wk 5 looks like a funny old week and I'll have to trust Laura on this as she's got me this far. Happy Running Guys and good luck
