do I do a ten minute run? I've had laryngitis and been bed bound since last Sunday. Graduated 2 weeks this Sunday. Any advice, have the strength of a kitten at the moment... :( Think I may keel over if I do a 30 minute run and it's so hot.

Thanks

:)

Don't try a 30 min run - it's too much. Aim for just 10 mins, stop, walk and see how you feel. If that's all you can do, that's fine. If you feel you could do another few minutes, go for it but don't push yourself. Don't be discouraged if you find it tough - laryngitis can really knock the stuffing out of you, so take it easy for a while.

Good luck!

Thanks dottiemay, am going to go before it gets really hot, meant to be the hottest day tomorrow so far. Yes even if i walk, it will be something.

Happy running and have a good weekend

Hi waletta and Oryxx, no go I'm afraid, still not well. It's 2 weeks today since i graduated and getting bit down. Going for a walk in the park instead and see how i feel tomorrow. I keep coughing and burning up so probably not a wise choice.

When I do get out though it will be worth all the wait:)

Hope you two are enjoying your runs?

Sounds like you're not well enough yet. Don't fret & give it time. Yes still enjoying mine but then I've only just reached the end of week1. Please be careful that way you'll get better faster. :)
