Run was great, went out early but it was still too warm, definitely working though because I could breathe normally (between the runs and for the first 2 mins of the last 3 min run) am utterly amazed that even with the hay fever being so bad and the weather being so warm and running uphill I still keep going...Bring on W4 yay! :-)

Well done Tor sounds like it's all starting to fit into place doesn't it? I ran first of week four today, hayfever, heat and all and really enjoyed it, I think you will too :)
