One year on and still running....

Today is the first anniversary of my first race after completing C25K last year.

July 4th 2012 I finished this event 17th in my age group.....July 4th 2013 I won my age group.

In two weeks I plan to do my first triathlon in 25 years....

Keep running....have fun.....stay fit for life!

Grammadog! So delighted to hear from you and what can I say about your triathlon plans? Only RESPECT! I've just done my first 10K for charity (my first race ever in fact). I was pretty slow but it was a totally fab experience. I could see how that kind of thing might get addictive.

Good luck with the triathlon training - you are living proof that you never really lose the spark (tho it may go into hiding for a bit) !
