I'm really pleased with myself today because despite feeling under the weather I got out there and did it. My breathing was fine but my calves hurt during the longer runs. I'm hoping this get better

Well done and it will get better don't worry. I found the first run of the week easier than the later two. Some days you feel more pain than others as well. Its dependant on various factors like what you did on your break days what you ate etc etc.
Sometimes I ned to do heavy walking on my break days and it doesn't help.

Thanks anand I did do a lot of walking on my rest day too (unavoidable) so this may be the reason. I'll see how it goes on Saturday
