Seriously though, well done! What a fantastic achievement! I guess the question that's begging to be asked is... how far will you run in 28 mins? And 30? Are we going for 6k or is that just greedy? X

Wow! Very impressive, I assume the run exhausted you so much which is why your blog is very concise! If you haven't already done so join your local Park Run, with a time like that in Week 7 it wont be long until you will be near the front!
