Hi, I remember blogging about this very fact about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I too was so sure of myself after running the W5.3 that I was caught out with the first W6 run and found it a nightmare!
You'll find the continuous runs more agreeable - AND you get a great feeling of elation after each one. At least I have.
I felt the same. Even after reading comments on here about it being difficult and trying to prepare myself, I really struggled. However, I have just completed w6 r3 and it feels awesome! No more walks from now on Well done for getting this far, keep going!
Yep - same here. Felt smug starting W6R1 after the highs of Week 5. Wasn't too smug by the end, struggling to complete it. But the rest of Week 6 did get better and I've now managed W7R1 too so do hang in there.
Thank you for posting - now I know what I've got to look forward to in a few weeks time. At least now I can prepare for it. All the very best with the rest of your programme.
