I managed it this morning- lovely sunny day. Dogs with me so I took the off road hilly route. VERY slow but I am so amazed I could run for 8 minutes twice even having eaten breakfast before I ran (a mistake I will not do again). HAPPY and hoping this will get my weight loss going again after a plateau of no loss for a month. I am NOT going to be fat at 56. So the next few months I am committed to tackling it
