I've now been running for an hour (11k ish) 3 times a week for a few months now but this morning I decided to mix things up a little and push myself which resulted in me running for 1 hour and 33 minutes (16.6km). A new record for me so I am very please with that though my right hip is now suffering a little.

That is very impressive, i have recently graduated so I am building up to 10km, 3 longer runs a week is very good as is running 1.5 hours.
Also I just read your profile, it's a very inspiring journey you have taken. I have lost 24 kilos in the last 6 months and am now 71 kilos, I thought I had done well but my loss doesnt compare to yours! You have shown that with determination we can all get healthy!
