I am getting frustrated with my in-ear headphones, which tend to fall out when running. (By in-ear, I mean the ones that look like little buds with a rubber hood on).
but reviews seem to be variable, and suggest that they still fall out when running. (The majority of reviews are in favour - just don't want to end up with another pair of headphones with the same problem) I wear glasses, which I don't think will be an issue, but may be relevant.
I don't fancy spending a lot of money as they will only be used for running. The ones I am currently using are just fine otherwise.

I have these, and they're great: amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00... I know they're unavailable but you might find them or similar on Ebay. The groove shaped ones are best for staying in your ears, I find.
We recently bought a new ipod, and they've developed these new shaped earphones which are completely different shaped and really stay in your ear. Both my husband and I have run with them and they've stayed in.
i have an older version of the Sony earphones and they do drop out so I use Micropore tape to hold them in my ears. It does work fine but if you get some hair caught in it (head hair not ear hair!) it can be a pain getting them off.
I had the same problem and bought the very reasonable over-the-ear sport earphones from sweatband, which have worked very well for me. I see they also have the Yurbuds, which were recommended by others recently.
i bought the cheapest and most cheerful earphones at Argos and they are perfect for the job! Stay in my ear, but many ears come in many different shapes and sizes! If I had believed in myself I might have invested in more expensive ones, but seven weeks later (sorry eight :-)), mine are still doing the job and no problems at all!
These were £15 when i got them and sound okay - nice little rubbarised cover and over the ear loop so the stay in place - and a £10'er too at argos now
If you're running outside, it's worth getting one of the 'single bud' earphones. I was runnng just using one ear of a normal set but it was driving me mad trying to get all the wires in my little arm phone case. I like to have music on whilst running but need to be able to hear the traffic and any bogeymen running up behind me (let's face it, they wouldn't have to run very fast to catch me lol).
I have one by One Good, very similar to this except mine doesn't have a reflective cord - really good sound quality and comes with 3 rubber bud sizes which is great for making sure you get a good secure fit tha doesn't fall out when zooming along running (well, downhill anyway!) sportexplorer.co.uk/shop/ar...

I've used the Karrimor ones from Sports Direct, the band goes round the back of your neck and the buds go into your ears. They were very cheap (£4-5), and have so far lasted about a year, and have never fallen out of my ears.
I use Sennheiser OMX 680 Sports. £45 Tesco. Well made with no problems so far and the sound is good at the high end with a lite bass. (More bass needs more battery) The phones don't fit so well if you are wearing sunglasses during your run.
I have the philips ones you linked to in your question, and they're ok. They do sometimes slip a little bit, but I just poke them back in and they're fine after that. When they give up (probably in the next few months, since I seem to be incredibly hard on headphones!), I think I'll try and get 'proper' apple ones.
