Hi,
Looking for recommendations for in ear headphones please. Have tried AirPods and can’t get on with them (keep falling out!) Would prefer not to pay “silly money” if possible.
Thank you in advance x

I use bone conduction headphones. They don't block your ears and you can hear traffic. Mine are Aftershokz Aeropex. The firm has renamed itself to just Shokz in the last couple of years.
I use a Musicozy bluetooth headband. I find it absolutely brilliant.
I use Jabra Elite 75t headphones. The have noise cancellation so you can block out unwanted noise if you are on a train or plane for example and if you are out running they have a pass through function so you can hear traffic etc around you.
I'm another who's gone over to Shokz.
Aftershokz for me also - haven't got on with in-ear ones generally - I doubt I woud look elsewhere now.
Shokz for me as well - I have been running with big over ear headphones until recently so treated myself for my birthday. I can honestly say they are excellent!
If the ones you check out a re a tad pricey...I have gone for over the ear ones and am, to my surprise, delighted with them.. had to change from buds as I have a recurrent inner ear issue! So light and so secure... and they keep my ears warm... Mine are Runar... designed by runners for runners... and they can be used over a head band.. ! £25. ish!
When I started running I bought myself JLab Fit In-Ear Sport Wireless Headphones. They have a hook which goes round your ear which means they stay in place when you run. I paid £29.99 for mine, but defo worth it.
Cheap solution: spend a few pounds on flexible plastic ear hooks for the AirPods that go all the way around your ear. That’s what I use as I had the same problem. Now they don’t fall out ever. Found them on Amazon.
Another shout out for Shokz. The great thing is that they don't move while running, you forget they are there, and you can hear stuff going on around you, like cars and bikes coming up behind you. Also, you can here people if they talk to you.
