Can anyone recommend some good headphones?

I bought some in ear ones but the wire kept getting tangled and they eventually disintegrated. The ordinary headphones keep slipping out of my ear and it's very annoying! I do prefer the in ear ones, is it worth paying a lot of money for some? What are the sports specific type like?

i have no idea, sorry im just using the in ear ones that came with my ipod, but using them with a phillips go gear mp3 player as the headphones it came with were rubish (and my ipod died long ago). i havent had trouble them slipping out (Yet!)

I recently bought these, and I LOVE them!!! They are ideal for running and have a GREAT bass boost, very smooth sound and are so comfortable!

I just clicked on your link and unfortunately they are unavailable! They look great too! Thankyou anyway!

I had the same problem, with the normal ones slipping out, it became really annoying having to keep pushing them back in whilst runnning.

My son, who does a lot of running, bought me these Panasonic ones ( you will get them cheaper elsewhere) and I find them fantastic, they are very light, stay in place and you forget you are wearing them.

Sorry, just tried my own link to my answer above and it does not seem to work.

They are Panasonic RP-HS200 Headphones, about £25 in the shops, but cheaper online.

Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision - headphones - In-ear ear-bud, Binaural - Black

£25

I second these, had them before I ran, but they work perfectly and give me no bother. Also you get three different sized in ear buds, to make sure they fit.

I got a pair of cheap Philips Sports headphones from Home Bargains for £7.

They haven't got the best sound, but I didn't want to take anything out running that I am likely to break.

The ones I got were cheap but now they are broken!

thanks for asking this,i had just come on to ask the same thing because over ear ones i bought came today but are not made for anyone with small ears ,they were massive and didn't even begin to hook over my ears, they just flapped around and fell out.

I use these Sony earphones (MDR - AS30G Active Series) from Amazon

amazon.co.uk/Sony-MDR-AS30G....

They hook over the top of my ears and round the back of my neck (it's easier than it sounds!) They don't fall off, fit nicely in the outer bit of my ear and sound good.

Thanks for that! They look quite unusual! A good price too!

I got these in week 2 - work perfectly well and no problems with the sound quality! amazon.co.uk/JVC-HA-EBX85-W...

I also use in the ear ones, mine are Creative & had a choice of 3 adapters which is great for me as I have small ears & most standard ones are too big for me:

amazon.co.uk/Creative-EP-63...

Just a word of caution though, they do work very well at isolating outside noise and so be very careful when running near traffic.

Yay! I love my Creative ones, although I would have liked to have put the smaller buds on, but have misplaced them. The medium size are ok but I think the smaller ones would be more comfortable.
