Well done to ALL the graduates of C25K up to this day - the year of our Lord Monday June 17th 2013.

Personally, I am but 5 runs away from graduation and all is going to plan. And what a plan this c25k is. It's a life changing thang.

This plan requires commitment, and with a bit of determination and a following wind, it IS possible to become a runner at WHATEVER age!

Cheers to the Graduates and thanks for those words of wisdom along the way!

And any weight as well. I'm a fairly hefty lass and I am now a 3rd of the way through the programme. It might be taking me a bit longer due to repeating some sessions and sheer laziness at times but I will get there.

This is the first time I have enjoyed exercising and I think it's because I am not in a class full of aerobics nuts looking all perfect even when they sweat lol. The plan is great as its free and fits around your life completely!!

I am looking forward to the day I get my graduation badge (and t-shirt!!!)
