The title says it all really!
Needless to say... wet run... difficult to see!
Clarification to requirement - they need to work simultaneously on the inside and the outside of the glasses.

A running cap works 👍🏽
Definitely a baseball cap helps in the rain. When it’s also windy though, now THAT IS a challenge to say the least 🙈 Good luck! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️
I use an adjustable sun visor. That way, if it’s windy you can wear it lower on your head to help stop it blowing off! It keeps my glasses dry in the rain and the sun out of my eyes if there is any 😃
I don’t feel properly dressed for running unless I’m wearing it!
Can I refer you to Mr John. E, who is a pioneer in this area 😂. lot-art.com/auction-lots/El...
😂 I sympathise! I got so fed up that I switched to contact lenses - game changer!
Contact lenses wouldn't help! I run in bifocals. I have a baseball cap.
I went from vari-focal glasses to my lenses (one eye near vision and the other distance) and although the first run took a bit of adjusting, they have been great! No more steaming up and the rain is no longer a problem 😃.
