Small glass of bubbly tonight

Rude not to really! I started C25K back in dark & dreary January, now here we are in sunny May, & I've cracked it. No real journey story, just kept plugging away, taking advice & encouragement from fellow trotters here.

Turns out slow and steady really does win the race 🐌

Big congratulations on your achievement! Very inspiring advice for myself, on Week 3. Just did run 1, two days ago. Having an extra day off today, (although have walked both days). Loved the change of tempo, stretched after, fine yesterday but today my calf muscles are complaining! Maybe not enough fluid? Back on it tomorrow. πŸ‘ Enjoy your bubbly!! πŸ€©πŸŒŸπŸŒˆπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
