Not been out for over a week, dropped back to week 4.

I have not been around at home to do anything at all for well over a week. The house is untidy, I am running out of clothes because I'm behind with the washing and I am tired.

But, I fought the battle with the bed - and won this morning. Checked I had my MP3 player loaded with the pod cast then DOH! I'd only gone and loaded the zipped file - done that before, silly woman. Not wanting to waste a bed battle I did S&F 3/3 instead but it is much less aerobic that C25K and I normally wear a warmer top. Persevered but did feel very cold. Never mind. Try W4R1 again on - whenever! Moan over, sorry!

Hope you are all up and running like good ones!

Hell yeah! Hey, you're allowed a blob-out session sometimes ... and I reckon technology catches us all out occasionally too :(

Have yourself a long soak in a bubbly bath, with a glass of wine if liked, then a good nights restful sleep. In essence ... chill girl, chill out! ;) The house will take no time to straighten, and when the sun shine (this week?) you'll need fewer clothes anyway LOL. Tomorrow is another day and there's no reason why you shouldn't start your next run and make a rip-roaring success of it when you feel like going out again. Hang in there! X

You got out and you got active. All good. :)

But good on you for showing the bed who is boss - that's one battle you've won..... and don't be too hard on yourself - you're allowed to drop back for a few days considering.

As Linda said - chill & relax & tomorrow is another day.

Chin up & happy running
