completed run 3 of week 5!

I did it, I thought my legs would fall off but I managed, my route out of the woods included twice around a street circuit with a height of 20 ft to account into it, thankfully gradual but running that long hill twice was hard, I started in the woods as usual and did 2 full circuits of the streets before doing my cool down through the woods again, week 6 means I may be looking to do 2 and a half circuits of the streets! Maybe I can turn around before the hill and return to woods on the flat! LOL
