Run 7/2 today and I found it tough. Maybe I was a bit complacent about it having done the previous 25 minute runs without too much struggle. I think I set off a bit too quickly and couldn't settle into a rhythm, so by the time I adjusted my pace and found the groove I was already in a "this is too hard, why am I doing this to myself" mindset. I hope the next run goes better, because they only get longer from here on!
