Got through the first ten mins fine, 3 mins into second 10 mins I got cramp in my calf. Hurt so much I couldn't run any longer. Feel so disappointed. It's the first set back I've had. What should I do?

I had this problem a few weeks ago. It was so painful I could barely walk home! I found that standing on the stairs on the the ball of my feet with my heels hanging down really helped with it. I also have started leaving two rest days between my runs and making sure I have had lots to drink.
