Week 5 Run 2 DONE!

Well we are having the most awwwwwwful weather in the South East at the moment but this didn't deter me from completing my 2nd run of Week 5 this morning. Very chilly weather so I donned my long running trousers and set off with Laura cooing in my ear. I wasn't in the least bit intimidated by the 8 minute runs, as I felt confident that my fitness levels have improved so much, that I could handle it.

However........the last run of Week 5 is the dreaded full 20 mins! YIKES! That will be hard.

Anyway all you C25K'ers and beyond, thanks for reading and wish me luck for the 20 minute torture run in two days time!!
