Hi all , I did not want to start recording my efforts just in case I could not keep it going. but here I am at week 5 so I thought I'd put my toe in the water. Have really enjoyed the program so far even though it means getting up at 5:45 to do my run 3 days a week. I know that I have a 20 minute run to do later this week so its good to read so many positive comments about how others have got on with it.
Good lluck to everyone no matter what stage of the program you are

Well done Lingmell and welcome to the blog posts. This is a great way to get real good tips from anyone in the programme. The "Graduates" are good for tips but the ones who are is the same week or a week ahead are great too. It is also good for times when you are a bit deflated as there is ALWAYS somebody who has been there. Happy running.
