Was a bit apprehensive on this run, was doing it in the morning before I moved to other the side of the world so knew it was my only shot before my schedule was all muddled.
And I did it. It really wasn't that bad!
My breathing was good, legs didn't hurt as much as Wk 5 Run 2.
I did slow down my running from the beginning, and I think that's probably the only reason I made it through.
Going out for week 6 this morning and really looking forward to it. Especially the big run at the end of the week, its like a big challenge now rather than a scary thing to dread for days or weeks.
Planning on trying to up my pace during the interval runs as I have been disappointed in the dropping overall distance lately...not sure whether this will be good bad or no change but a good push for a day can't be that bad can it?
