So went out this morning and ran for 20 minutes. It was good, I think I could have gone on a bit but didn't want to push my luck:). I still find it hard to believe I've got to this from that first week when 60 seconds was not easy. This program works! Looking forward to next week now.

Congratulations - sounds like you did really well there!

Good luck with week 6 (mind you don't go out too fast in the first one - lots of people do, after the high of 5.3, and wonder why their legs suddenly don't want to workl!) :)

Hurrah, well done! I second the recommendation to take W6 slowly. Those intervals nearly killed me :)

It does seem strange to go back to intervals after doing this run but I will stick with the set program, its got me this far. I will go easy at the start of next week. Thanks for the tips :)
