Garmin Users.....Help me please!!

My Garmin Forerunner 410 arrived today and all I have been doing is play around with it and try to figure out how it works especially with the bezel it's not exactly easy. Anyhow, am failing to set up the time, there's no UK in the saved time zone. Any ideas?

I have the same watch, time zone should be set to Europe-Western, when you get the satelitte the time will set.

Thanks to both Time set now and can't wait to take it out for a run tomorrow morning.
