Week 8 over at last (it's taken a while)!

Ran my last run of week 3 tonight (did run 1 3 weeks ago). I braved the rain and even running in full sight of the local youth club!

It felt really hard work and I was ready to quit at 7 minutes. Previous runs told me that I could do it and that helped to keep me going plus the race for life is looming. Although I'm wondering if it will ever get easier (well easy enough for me to enjoy running). I thought it had been a poor run and that my times would be worse but happily timings and distance were good. :D

Three runs to go until I graduate. What will I do without Laura? I'm also trying Zombies, Run! but I hope there aren't too many surprises or scares. :D
