Started yesterday 13/05/13. As an avid on and off gymer it seemed slow paced but hey today rest day i got to do spinning. Plus i actually decided to alternate weights and abs on my C25K days. I look forward to becoming a runner

Good luck with your running - sounds as though you are coming from a much fitter starting place than many of us who were very much couch potatoes (definitely waaaaayyyy fitter than I was anyway - it certainly wasn't slow-paced from my perspective!) - but the programme works for a very wide range of people, which is why it is so brilliant.
I'll wave as you rush past me, in a couple of weeks or so! Enjoy the journey!
Thanks Greenlegs i look forward to this journey one day at a time
