Week 4 run 1 - could I be a runner...?

Well, after a rubbish sleep listening to the rain pelting down outside and the wind lashing against the window, I pulled on my running gear, zipped up my rain jacket and got out into the rain.

I'm glad I did! During the first 3 minute run I was having serious misgivings about the whole thing, doubting whether I was made for this running lark and cursing the weather. However, when I settled into the 5 minute run I really started to enjoy it and it all felt possible, then I hit a slope with my second three minute run....

Well anyway all in all a good start to week 4 really. I've realised I enjoy the 5 minutes more than the three minutes, is that weird?

Here's to the weather being a bit better for the rest of the week.
