Well that's C25K finished again following a horrible injury and my time 27 minutes for 5K good one .... Want to get it down to 25 minutes before looking for another challenge oh how I'd love to run outside but surgeons orders is a big no but I'm very tempted any how it's great to be fit again !!!!!!

So to all of you who are struggling with injury if I can do it after 3 months off so can you x

Don't go and do anything silly now though! You'd hate to have to stop again. I'm sure your surgeon isn't just being spiteful!

Yes but the dreadmill was designed for horses and the outside is so welcoming never mind it's good to be running again and I love seeing me beat all the young ones this fifty year old mama can shift it !
