First run today.......... Hard work but the podcast kept me positive

Today was the first day, and I didn't realise just how heavy I have become over the last 5 years of looking after others rather than myself - so it was go steady - but such hard work with more body mass and heavy thighs. I hope that as well as increasing my fitness I can look forward to losing my middle age girth and tummy mass.

I hope that this is the ice broken.......... And I have a toe in the water.

  • Welcome!!! After thinking of and caring for others, for years, I started C25K last August. It was a huge reality check of how unfit I was. You will do great! Just go slow and trust the program. Laura will soon be your BFF. :-) Gayle
