I can not count my calories please advise...

I am pour vegetarian and I eat 2 chapatti and vegetable in lunch and two chapatti and vegetable in dinner and also i am taking fruits (2 apple and salad)but I don t how much calorie contain with it ,so please friends if any idea about this,so I can count my calories part and do the exercise accordingly.

There is an app you can download for Iphone & Android called Myfitnesspal that can help you.

If you can't use apps on your phone the website for myfitnesspal.com is the same.

A chapatti could be around 100 calories each, maybe more or less depending if they are homemade or shop bought. Vegetables are very low in calories, if you cook them in oil this could add up to just as many calories as the veg themselves. For example a table spoon of olive oil is generally 120 calories.
