hi ,almost every1 talking abt counting calories how can I count my calories any idea pls?
If you have a smart phone and can take it with you running then use run keeper. It will track your run and estimate calories burned. Or you can use my fitness pal wich you can use to enter your activities and food consumed.

myfitnesspal.com is great - really easy & simple to use!
I'd also very much recommend MyFitnessPal. Counting calories is very important so you can see how much you're eating and therefore eat mindfully rather than mindlessly. There are excellent videos in the Help section on the app that show you how it works - there's even a barcode reader to scan in branded foods.
I'm a 'my fitness pal' user, it's a great app and very easy to use. It will ask you how much you want to lose per week & works out your daily calorie allowances. Mine ia linked to runkeeper so any exercise I log automatically adds the calories on to mfp which is encouraging (just have to try not to eat them all!)
I wonder how many C25Kers are on my fitness pal? Maybe we can create a group there
I can't seem to link my runkeeper and myfitnesspal together?? In the link app menu in myfitnesspal I click on connect on runkeeper option and it just opens the app store even though I already have runkeeper installed on my iphone...
I would recommend MyFitnessPal.com. They have apps for smart phones and you can access it via a web page too. I have used it since February to help me lose 33 pounds and keep it off. You can also enter your exercises which will automatically give you extra calories for those tasty treats.
Lost 36kg due to c25k and myfitnesspal app (website not quite as good) can't recommend them both enough.
Also recommend my fitness pal, I've lost 22lb so far this year.
