Phillips cpap lawsuit

There is a lawsuit against Phillip cpap manufacturers because some of the models of machines cause lung damage from the foam. If you used a cpap, and have any lung issues, the machine might have destroyed your lungs. Look it up.

I think, "destroyed your lungs" is a bit harsh. The issue dealt with the foam used in the air filter.The suit was initial filed in December 2021, so this is nothing new.

However, as a result, Phillips has pulled completely out of the respiratory space in the United States.
