Has anyone taken a pulmonary rehab course at your local hospital? I did last year and was amazed at the improvement in breathing and energy levels I experienced.

Great News, keep at it! I went to PR for years I kept registering, due to that and the good attitude you get with it, I was put forward for transplant. You have to be fit, and I am 65 but by believing. the fitter I got the easier it was to get a transplant. I have had a double transplant and I am back at PR just to get my fitness back. I was very poorly doing all the exercises but it was worth it. So keep at it you will feel better and maybe get put forward for Transplant.

Yes, at it again. I spoke to a friend about it several times. She's on oxygen 24/7. She finally went and is grateful for the help its giving her! I have 8 classes left before my insurance runs out, but no problem, just continue at home or the gym.

Good morning to you. I go to Pulmonary rehab maintenance which in our neck of the woods is a carry on from the 6 weeks we get on NHS. The difference is I have to pay, but I find it makes me feel better breathing wise. I do exercises that they show me at home as well. I do a lot more walking as well. In my opinion it is well worth doing. Best wishes and good luck to you. 👍🤓
