I would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and i hope 2018 is kind to you all yesterday i completed my last full marathon walk it was hard going stopped several times to catch my breath took me six and a half hours to do the twenty six and half miles i was so pleased I finished it half marathons from now on had Copd since 1993 but i walk every day but i find the best therapy for me is playing my Harmonica four half hour sessions a day breathe easy everyone.

It was in aid for the homeless erash i usually did them for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice on the Isle of Wight

In the winter you did a half marathon? Wow
