I was talking with my pulmonologist today and he remarked that my constant tiredness could also be due to my sleep apnea as well. I have a upgraded Bi-pap machine. A APV machine. But I guess it must need some more adjusting.

I have a home vent machine called trilogy very sensitive It's set AVST , it took a long time to adjust it when I came out of the hospital after a near miss to death from respolory failure they vented me I was very seriously sick , been out over a year and had trachea removed , now I use my vent with a mask I use and FX. Swift. Nasal pillow mask works great u don't feel confined like a sky pilot , I sleep very good with it and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea also besides COPD , they take a while to get use to I'm also on oxygen 24/7 6 lpm that's a lot , well god bless stay healthy
