Hello I'm from Tanzania Africa and my English is not soo good, just joined here because I think I can get help from people who had the same experience I am having ,lately I have been experiencing blood at the end of my poop and my stomach has been upsetting lately not having any pain but a feeling of small cut when i use water.

i went to hospital and took urine, stool and blood test they came out negative all of them and doctor said i might be having hemorrhoid's and prescribed me with some antibiotics and anusol tables.

bleeding at the end of poop still continue and today i saw it there was more blood than before.

Help please

i am 28yrs old

Hi AnonymousPJM,

Thank you for posting in Colon Cancer Connected. I'm sorry that you're experiencing these symptoms.

How long has it been since you started the antibiotics and anusol? If some time has elapsed, I would seek more information from your doctor. The doctor said you "might be having hemorrhoid's" and if the prescription has not solved your problem, please let your doctor know and then seek more answers to your symptoms. There can be many different causes for what you are seeing.

We do wish you the best and please follow up with your doctor. You are doing a good job with trying to get answers to your problem. Just give you doctor the feedback and move from there.

Thank You,

~Tom, GCCA Survivor - Colon Cancer Connected Site Administrator.

I am Kenyan so I would not know which hospitals in TZ have the service and the cost. I am sure a good doctor or nurse can advise you

It’s probably nothing serious but I would arrange a colonoscopy asap just to make sure. A colonoscopy is the best way to find out if you have something serious. Good luck and god bless
