My symptoms have been present for 2 weeks, this occurred after night of eating and drinking, and ever since the next morning that’s when all this occurred.
I have been having some, well let’s say discomfort in my abdomen. It feels almost as if I have a dull pressure feeling in my right side under heath my rib cage, sometimes on my upper right back.
My stools have also been irregular. Sometimes they are pencil thin, sometimes they are what I would call not particularly solid, but also not diarrhea.
This feeling usually occurs after I eat, and it intensifies as my body digests what I eat. I also have been more bloated than usual as well, and it feels as if I have trapped gas.
There has been no blood, no vomiting, no loss in weight. But I fear this is a obstruction in my colon, and this is cancer.

Hi, these symptoms are shared by variety of gastric disorders. Vast majority are functional though. Your colon cancer risk is extremely low, yet if named symptoms affect your quality of life, talk to the GP. This might not be colon issue at all. The symptoms are shared all over the intestinal tract. Narrow stool is rarely due to intestinal obstruction. It is mostly caused by constipation, bloating, loose stool and issues with peristaltis that may happen in other than colorectal region. Colon cancer does not have well defined telltale signs, but your chance of colon cancer is extremely low due to your age. Your digestive issues are probably either functional or lifestyle related. Me personally, I've been bleeding for past 20 years and all of my colonoscopies are normal.
Sorry to hear you are having GI discomfort. I suggest contacting your doctor and discussing your symptoms. There are many screening tests available if you and your doctor decide this is the right decision, including FIT, FOBT, Barium Enema, Sigmoidoscopy, Virtual Colonoscopy & Traditional Colonoscopy. Best wishes.
