incomplete bowel evaluation

I have had SIBO/IBS for years now. In. Recent months I’m seeing incomplete bowel feeling as do decent amount of poop but at the end there is always something leftover. Anyone who’s been through this ?

Anything you did specifically for diagnosis and treatment? . Were you diagnosed with something?

Yes mega colon,IBS c , hemorrhoids, fissures

sure. To explain this I will give you an exemple I had dogs After giving their meals we were walking around. Of course dogs excrete their poop during these walks. Twice yes they excrete poop twice before continuing. They empty their bowel. So what is wrong with us??due to several reasons we don’t. Diet is only one reason. You have to find your reason. It’s not so easy. May be you have to find out one or several reasons that you have to change in your life such as diet exercises sleep etc Start with an endocrinology and be patient
