Hi! On V and O treatment plan and can feel it's seasonal allergies - backdrip and swollen glands but all clear no covid and no white gunk or anything. So basic question..... what do you guys do for allergies? Claritin is a bust, wondering if Zyrtec is ok? Yes I know I can call my provider but just a quick post.

Seasonal Allergies
Hi Gardengirl44,
I have been taking Zyrtec for years and have had no problem with it. I sometimes take it twice a day if allergies are really bad. I'm not on V and O though so not sure if can react with that.

I do Zyrtec on Venclexta. Sometimes add Benadryl at bedtime. Swapping outdoor clothes at/near the door really helps keep the pollen out of the house, off the couch, or getting into the bedroom. I also religiously wear a hat to keep pollen out of my hair/off my pillow. A light overshirt in warmer weather, to be left at the door so no pollen on shirt/bare arms to get transferred into the house. Pants/skirt are swapped out too, as well as shoes. This also cuts down on the dusting needed IMO haha if the pollen can't get onto stuff around the house.
