My son had a Kasai procedure performed at 60 days old. He just had his 2 weeks labs and his bilirubin is a little higher than right after surgery. Did anyone have this happen and go on to have kasai be successful?

Thank you!

His bilirubin levels are still the same (elevated) he goes to the hospital on Wednesday to have an ultrasound. He still has jaundice so I don’t think the Kasai is working. Drs say could still kick in?
