But recently he passed black stools and sometimes blood in the stool. His bilirubin is 0.4 and SGPT is 108 and SGOT is 84.

Biliary Atresia
My daughter had a Kasai procedure a little over a month ago. We noticed today her stool went from bright yellow to pale cream. No temperature, normal appetite and very active. GGT levels fluctuate from 252 to 180 to 352. Could GGT be a factor? Anybody else have experienced a similar case? Did you require
