Cialis

Mulhall has prescribed him 25 mg of cialis once a week as a way of blood flow to the penis. Wondering if there are any side effects that result from this…already from the positive one hopefully:) Thank you for any input.

The generic versions I receive have no coating -- they are in pill form -- and they cause me to have really bad heartburn/ GERD, sometimes for days after I take them, especially for the generic Cialis.

I’m looking for other people’s testimony on which works better, taking Cialis 5mg at night vs taking it in the morning. I’ve been taking it at night but for some reason I’m always waking up with a hard on.

It say not to take cialis with it. Why not?

I've never used either but am planning to ask me docs about writing an Rx. Any pluses or minuses to either according to you veterans of it? Thanks.

Heard alpha blockers like tamsulosin aren't to be used with enhancers like viagara ..cialis etc. due to low blood pressure side effects. Really desperate now and tempted to try something but not if put me at any risk. Any advice welcome 🙏

Erections are working pretty good with sildenafil and cialis but the issue is sensitivity. Most times I cannot achieve orgasm because of insensitivity during intercourse. I’m wondering if others are having that same issue and if they have come up with a solution to increase feeling.

After reading up, I discovered that pain in legs can be a side effect of tadalafil/ cialis. After quitting, the cramps rapidly receeded and after less than a week no longer appear. I had been taking 5 mg daily for 4-6 months when the cramps started, in different places each time, on either leg.

It seems to me daily cialis would be the perfect fit for those of us with PCa on ADT dealing with the above SE's and issues. I take 5mg cialis daily for BPH (no more flowmax). My MO says fine, neutral about the rest. Anyone else have an opinion or experience?

Drs have prescribed Cialis and Viagra for ED. So far he doesn’t have it but I’m sure he will after the radiation and continuation of the meds. My concern is that the ADT meds already comprise the heart. Will adding the ED meds further compromise his heart? He doesn't have any cardiac issues.

I also take a statin, a reflux pill, vitamin D, flomax, and cialis. Obviously this is tough to pinpoint and I understand that - but just curious if others have any thoughts. Thanks

I had nerve sparing prostatectomy and 9 months later nothing. 20 mg of cialis and 100 mg of viagra do basically nothing.

On low-dose Cialis since a week before treatment. Same intense orgasms. Ejaculate is still there, but diminished quite a bit. Ebbs and flows, sometimes more than other times. Other notes: Had prostatitis once throughout this process, might have affected the pace of PSA drop--or not.

However I'm young, 56, my urinary function is about 90% (some stress leakage ocassionally) what it was and erectile function is about 80%+ what it was (they bi-lateral nerve sparing - can get decent erections but typically take 2.5mg Cialis to help maintain a strong one) I could see delaying until 0.2

I recently switched from 10mg Cialis every 3rd day to daily 5mg pills. I have not noticed a difference yet. I know some here may have experience with the injections - i guess that is next step outside of implants of whatever.

Just limp even if i take 30mg cialis. Plus I constantly leak a lot of pee the whole time I'm trying to masturbate. I can soak two hand towels in a couple of hours, or for as long as I try to achieve anything. I fully empty my bladder beforehand, dont drink much before either.

I've been taking Cialis 5mg every day since surgery. No matter how I try, I just can't get any type of erection, or have a dry orgasm. It even hurts my penis inside when I try to wank. I'm starting to feel quite horny again, but so upset set I can't masturbate at all.

I take daily Cialis and can still get an erection and have an orgasm, sometimes very intense ones, but will always have dry ejaculations :(. I started on Orgovyx three weeks prior to beginning radiation. Just received my latest PSA which is <.04 (!). PSA was 19.76 at diagnosis.

I'm taking my 5mg of cialis every day as prescribed by my consultant. Ive got my first PSA next week following the surgery. Any hints or tips guys please on the above problem. Thanks Neil

I did start low dose Cialis daily, 2 week ago, to try and keep things working. I was thinking I'll get another 3 month shot and see how that goes , with maybe .... one year total?
