Partner had his colonoscopy today and they gave confirmed he has Bowel cancer now too.

How this hasn't been picked up earlier after all tests he's had I really don't know!

But how will this affect his liver? Nobody has mentioned his liver since the tumour was found, they were talking about referring him for transplant 2 weeks ago!

Will Cirrhosis affect how they treat his cancer?

I can’t offer any answer but I’ll be interested to know. I have AIH and on medication and have just been diagnosed with colon cancer.

I Think it will affect what treatments will be best for both his liver and the cancer. Have they staged his bowel cancer?
