Morning, how is everyone coping ? How was every ones weekend? Good i hope..

So hubby had a phone call (voice mail) off the consultant in the hospital after having the camera down the throat, and a biopsy taken of the stomach. he said there are no signs of anything wrong that is causing the terrible stomach pains hubby is having and if hes still having trouble to go back to his GP. We have no clue where his ulcer is (he was diagnosed with that the last time he had the camera down)..

Hubby continues to suffer with terrible stomach problems. He got up at 11 am yesterday and he didnt seem to bad and managed a small amount of sunday lunch at half 1,but he was back in bed at half 2 pm, because he couldnt stay awake,,Its now past midday and hes still in bed...He sleeps a lot...I felt bad yesterday because the short time he was up i was snappy, he asked me what was wrong and i told him im just sick of doing for everyone and no ones doing anything for me,its just too much sometimes, he tried to help but he was too exausted..

Hes reluctent to contact the drs because he thinks he is wasting their time as well as his own because they arent finding anything wrong with him.

I do have a question but its a gross one so i hope i dont offend anyone but i feel i need to ask.

So hubby as you know was diagnosed with fatty liver, (once told he had cirrhosis but then told no he dont)..When hes been to the toilet he tries to clean up after himself but never does it properly and so i clean up after hes tried to and i noticed his poo is yellow. ..Is that because of the fatty liver? Anyone know Please?

Thank you.

Lyn..

Hi Lyn, you seem to be having a rotten time trying to get a diagnosis for your husband. That must be really frustrating. Re the yellow poo - could this be something to do with his pancreas? I think you should mention this to his doctor as it may be a clue regarding the stomach pain. Hope you get answers soon. All the best Jaid x
