Slow Morning Run to 135 BPM

I’m continuing on my search for perfecting various Spotify song lists with songs using specific beats per minute, so that I can run or walk to. I love running or walking to the beat and I have some classic lists already in use.

But yesterday I tried a 130-140 BPM list for walking, and it didn’t quite fit. But for a slow, recovery run, this music was perfect, also when running up some hills.

So this morning I ran to it on a glorious sunny morning, on a new route hubby and I discovered on his birthday last week!

Happy!

Hi CBDB I used your playlist yesterday while Jeffing at Parkrun and again this morning on a 40 minute run. It worked very well on both! 🏃‍♂️‍➡️👍

Sounds excellent. I slept well but was awake in good time for an early morning run ... but I was sensible and decided to give my ankle a few more days.

Running easily through countryside looks blissful though!

It was blissful! Sending you more healing vibes for those ankles.

I still have to see if my recent exercises will strengthen mine.,

The weather has done you proud on the runs! Sounds like everything is going in the right direction. Where are you at with your runs at the moment? I’ve been in and out and I’ve lost track! Were you trialling a new 5k plan or have I totally made that up?

Enjoy your next one!!

Yes, you remember right! Graduated and ran 5k last weekend. I piloted the Runners World 6-week plan. (Infographic of the plan here healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... and if you want to listen to me chatting about it and dj-ing some music, then look me up on Mixcloud where I am CeeBeeDeeBee. I just dropped the graduation run this morning).

The 6-week plan has been great, I must say. Especially for those with less patience and still some fitness.

Not what you're looking for?
