A couple of months ago, I had bought Just One Thing, the book by Michael Mosley, as a present for my hubby, and we had picked this up again during the recent searches for him and subsequent sad news of his passing. Both hubby and I immensely respected his achievements and we had been also listening to his podcasts.
So I started reading his book again this morning, but was also getting ready for a morning run after some days of travel.
So I quickly put together the song playlist he provided in his chapter on morning walks. The songs are also either 100 or 200 BPM, so a bit of a different beat than I would normally run to, but I wanted to give this a go. It seems a nice way to commemorate him, and personally express my appreciation through a morning run. So I jeffed 1/1min, being able to try out the music song-list for both walking and running.
