Today at Bushy Park park run!

So very pleased to go with a group of running friends (that I met at my local park run a while ago) to Hampton Court in London and then do the park run in Busjy Park, where it all started. It felt like a real highlight after progressing through couch to 5k, to regular runs and park runs to Bushy Park. What an experience 😁.

It is a fantastic experience  Oldlady64 , and to do it with new running pals is all the more special. I did it in the post pandemic time, so only about 800 runners compared to the 1400 + runners you’ll have run with. It truly is the Mecca of parkrun.
