Well done. I started running about 8 years ago and I know I would not be still running if not for this fantastic forum and parkrun. Happy running. I find having a goal for the future is a great motivation.

Me too, it's good to know that everyone finds January and February difficult months to stay motivated and get out into the cold air. It helps to know you are not alone 🙂
